Challenge

The main challenge was translating Jatiluwih’s rich cultural and ecological value into a clear, attractive, and fast-loading digital experience. It had to serve international tourists, promote sustainable tourism, and integrate with on-site systems like digital ticketing & financial reporting — all while remaining friendly to local users.

Impact / Result

Since its launch, jatiluwih.id has become the go-to digital touchpoint for tourists planning their trip to the rice terraces. It supports thousands of monthly visitors and is integrated with a broader system that includes RoamIN-TIX (ticketing app) and RoamIN-SIKU (financial system) for better transparency and reporting.
The project also played a role in Jatiluwih’s rebranding under DeWi Brand ID, aligning the site with a consistent, tourism-forward visual identity.
